Digital astroimages from Palm Springs, California. Astrophotographs of nebulas, galaxies, star clusters, and other deep sky objects were obtained with luminance, R,G,B color, and narrow-band filters , cooled CCD cameras, and computer-controlled telescopes . Typical images involved 3-4 hours of exposure time. Camera control used Maxim DL, telescope control Maxim or TheSky, and typical image processing Maxim. CCDSharp, and Adobe Photoshop. This web site features a slide show with music and full screen capability, as well as viewing of individual images. Controls permit downloading of full resolution photographs and easy ordering of prints online for non-commercial purposes. All images are copyrighted. Authorization is required for commercial use.
